More about Rocky

 Rocky was left on a rural highway at a home with children and dogs.  He got along with them but the owner was not in the market for a new dog.  He can get grouchy when he is picked up to be put in a car, but rides like a dream.  He was heartworm positive but has been treated and is ready to go to his forever home!   He will require heartworm preventative for the rest of his life but that is a small price to pay for your next best friend!  We visited an adoption event at Petco and he did great!  He doesn't like moving cars and barked at them when he saw them rolling by the door.  But did great with everything else- other dogs, kids, adults.   Rocky is now available for adoption to a good and loving home. If you have a lot of love to share with a best friend please adopt one of our wonderful pets.
