Dottie *URGENT FOSTER NEEDED! Meet  Dottie —a two-year-old powerhouse of love, loyalty, and personality. She’s been in her current home for two years, but her caretaker knows she deserves more than the life she’s currently living. Dottie is  strong-willed, active, and very much a herding dog —she’s mouthy but never bitey, and she thrives when she has a yard to run in and someone to give her focused attention. Right now, Dottie is  locked up too much , and it’s breaking her spirit. She’s frantic when let out, but give her a few minutes to run and she’s pure joy—ready to love and be loved. She’s selective with dog friends—best with submissive dogs, and might be happiest as the  only dog  in a home. Dottie is not just energetic—she’s  heartfelt and affectionate , craving connection with humans. She’s a little shy around strangers, but once she trusts you, her devotion is unmatched. She deserves a foster who can give her  one-on-one time, structure, and endless love .
