Rosie loves a solid routine, walks, exploring, snuggles, and lots of affection from her people. She can be selective with her dog friends out in the world but does currently live with a calm dog and a cat in her foster home. Rosie just needs a family willing to give her patience and encouragement so she can build confidence and truly blossom.
