Meet Ivan!  Ivan is a gorgeous 5-year-old Russian Blue with a shy, gentle soul. This sweet boy adores chin scratches and soft pets, and the best way to win his heart is with patience, kindness, and a little encouragement with string toys. He jumps up on his back legs when he is excited like Tigger. He shakes his tail when he is excited to see you.  Ivan takes time to trust humans after experiencing a heartbreaking loss—his original person surrendered him to the shelter after four years, leaving him confused and alone. Just in the nick of time, DREAM stepped in and rescued Ivan on what would have been his final day. Once he feels safe and comfortable, Ivan’s playful personality begins to shine. As his confidence grows, Ivan becomes a true lovebug. He’ll even come when called—about 50% of the time (he is a cat, after all!).
