More about Macy

January 2026   We're not sure why but sweet Macy is still waiting for her person or family.   Her foster Mom says that Macy has come out of her shell! If you are looking for a cat who loves to cuddle and loves to purr, then Macy is your girl! She is about 3 years old and is spayed. She is shy at first and will require a patient family.  However, once Macy is used to you-she will love you beyond measure! Macy loves to play and loves to be with her person. She has the sweetest little meow. Macy would do best without little children and does get along well with other cats with a proper introduction.   06/27/2025 Update Miss Macy continues to search for her forever family.   If Macy had a shopping list for her purrfect home, she would be looking for a quiet home with patient adults as it will take her time to adjust to new surroundings.  She would also  like a home where her family would provide spaces for her to safely explore and investigate.  While she would benefit from another kitty for companionship after a proper introduction, Macy would probably do best with a family who has no dogs.     Davison, MI   Hi my name is Macy! Sometimes my foster mom calls me Macy Moo, Miss Macy, or Macy Ann for when I’m being a stinker   I’m definitely a silly cat and I love to find hiding places. I love playing with feather sticks. I get along with others that are calm (and have treats). My fur feels like velvet and you might fall asleep petting me. I can be shy at times so please be patient with me. Once I’m out of my shell though-I’m a pretty cool cat   I'll be great in a home with other kitties.  I'm not sure about dogs but probably an older, quieter dog would be fine.  I'm also not certain if I like children but I think that an older child who knows how to treat a kitty would be purrfectly wonderful.   Want to adopt me?
