More about Beacon

Beacon is a sweet, adorable tabby girl who came into our care under truly sad circumstances: her former caretakers tossed her into a Petsmart in Brooklyn with her paws all taped up with packing tape. We don't know why that happened, but we immediately cleaned her up and found out she's a little trouper! Beacon is now thriving in her foster home with other kitties and she's back to being a typical happy, playful young adult! Beacon is fearless except when it comes to cages. Though she doesn't mind a carrier, she hates being in a cage - we think she may have been poked at in a cage before she came to us. Beacon is about 2 yrs. old and healthy. She is spayed, microchipped, has tested FIV-/Felv-, is up to date on vaccines, was treated for parasites and is ready for a wonderful furrever home, ideally where she'd have another young kitty playmate.
