Eve is 2 years old and weighs 15 lbs. She’s friendly with people, social with other dogs and is a playful girl. A BAS staffer saw a FB post about a mom and puppies in horrible condition. They were all infested with fleas and mange, but mom was in the worst shape. It’s taken time for her skin to heal, and her coat will still take a bit more time to grow back. But she’s healthy and looking for a loving family to call her own.
