Lucy has been looking for her forever home for a long time. She is the cutest girl and very sweet. She gets along with all her foster siblings. We can't understand why she has not been adopted. Some people are going to say that since she has been with her foster all this time they should keep her. We can't keep all our fosters just because they have been with us for awhile!
