He’s great off leash and forms deep bonds with the people he trusts.Riley came from a heartbreaking situation after being left tied outside, neglected, and severely underweight as a puppy. Because of that, and because he is deaf and sight impaired, he can get fearful and needs an experienced, patient adopter who understands that healing takes time.He needs a calm, adult-only home with no dogs, cats, or kids — just a steady person who respects his space, earns his trust, and lets him feel safe for good.Underneath it all, Riley is a loyal, loving dog who deserves his real chance at peace All pets are current on age-appropriate vaccines at the time of adoption.
