Meet Xylene! DOB: January 2019Weight: 35 lbsDisposition: Smart, Outgoing, Friendly, AthleticHistory: Abandoned on the streets of Thailand and rescued by Soi Dog Foundation. Brought to TBL in July 2024 to find his forever family.Best Home: Athletic single or couple looking for a reliable sidekick to join them on all their excursions.Amazing Qualities: Xylene is wonderful with people of all ages, including little kids, and does great in public settings. Xylene is polite and easygoing—he doesn’t guard food or toys and gets along beautifully with dogs of all sizes, from big buddies to tiny companions. He’s spent time with several different dogs in different homes and fits right in every time.Xylene really enjoys his walks and hikes and walks nicely on leash. He does have a bit of a prey drive and can get excited when he sees or hears animals—but it’s easily managed. At home, he loves a good bone or chew toy and is a big fan of rolling around in blankets. He’s crate trained, rarely barks or whines, and even does well with baths.Overall, Xylene is an incredibly good, easy dog. He can jump a fence, so when he is out in the yard he is on a long leash, which works well for him. He’ll let you know when he wants in or out and is just as happy sunbathing outside as he is curling up indoors.
