This May marks two whole years that Tula has been patiently waiting for her forever home. While her three kittens have all found loving families, Tula is still holding out hope that her special someone will come along.Tula spends her days relaxing in a sunny foster room filled with windows and a sliding glass door—perfect for birdwatching and keeping a careful eye on chipmunk patrol. She loves curling up in her cozy bed for long afternoon naps and will happily wait by the door for a chance to explore the rest of the house. Tula is a sweet and delightfully vocal companion. She enjoys gentle pets around her head and neck and isn’t shy about letting you know when she’s had enough attention. She’ll thrive with someone who respects her boundaries and appreciates her independent spirit. When it’s playtime, Tula’s inner kitten shines! She loves chasing a wand toy, the laser dot and zooming through her play tunnel—one of the few times she really lets her energy loose. Tula can be selective with other cats depending on her mood, though she can tolerate them. She’s ready to settle in with a family who will love her just as she is: mellow yet chatty, sweet with a touch of sass, and full of love to give.
