More about Franklin

Franklin was found wandering in NE Austin and never claimed by anyone.  He was brought to MCHS on March 9, 2024.  He is a friendly guy who enjoys people, but we think he would do best in a home with no younger kids.  He is not as sure about all of the other cats here at MCHS.   He is now neutered, current on shots and has tested neg for feline leukemia/FIV.  We are looking for a new life for this great guy--one where he is an indoor cat and where he will be spoiled.  We are guessing that Franklin is about 2 to 3 years old at the time of rescue.  Adoption fee is $80 and he will be adopted as an indoor only cat.  You must be 21 to adopt from MCHS and a pet carrier is required at the time of adoption.  To meet Franklin or any of our cats, go to mchs.rescuegroups.org and complete and submit our online application.  We will review and get in touch to set up a meeting time.  Our address is 101 22 ST SE, Austin, MN.  We are located off of I-90 via exit 180B to 218 SOUTH.  We are just past our local airport.  THANKS.
