More about Sandy
Sandy has a unique look - unless you count her nearly identical sisters! These distinctive girls have ears the better to hear you with and tails that act like rudders when they run - and they are built to run, athletic and active. Intelligent and sensitive, the girls are overwhelmed at the confusing shelter and need time to understand new situations. Having been abandoned and on their own, they are just cautious like that. Sandy in particular has a big "stranger danger bark," but don't let that deter you. She is just asking you to slow your roll and take this friendship-building at her pace. Yummy smelly treats are on her "yes" list! She is very loyal to her friends and looks to her people for support. She learns quick, knows sit and has good crate and leash manners. She has struggled to make new dog friends at the shelter, mainly because of the environment - she has been fine in less stressful situations. Est DOB: May 2022 * Est weight: 52# * Breed unknown - guess based on looks
