Harper is a beauty with a huge personality!  She is an active dog and will need an active family. Harper, the 35 lb dynamo, is ready for her next adventure! Abandoned in front of our building over a year ago, she's captured the hearts of volunteers with her spunky attitude and beautiful blue eyes.   Harper is hearing impaired and will need to be adopted by a family that is knowledgeable.
