More about Josie

Josie is a beautiful 4½-year-old tabby with the cutest white stripe down her nose. She has been an amazing mama to her six babies and is now ready to find a forever home of her own. Josie is incredibly affectionate and loves being close to her people. She’ll happily sleep in bed with you, curl up in your lap for snuggles, and follow you around just to be nearby. She especially enjoys being petted on her back and will let you know that’s her favorite spot—she prefers not to be touched on the head or she may give a little nip. She would do best as the only cat in the home, where she can soak up all the love. Josie can get along with dogs after a slow, patient introduction. One of her favorite places is perched on the very top of her cat tree, where she can relax and watch the world go by.
