More about Obsidian

Obsidan, "Sid" for short, appeared in as a stray where he lived for about a year, seemingly scared of people. A kind soul put out a shelter for him and fed him every day. Last winter he started to come inside for his meals and over the past six months he has become a domesticated inside/outside kitty, sitting at her feet and at her side. He doesn't like to be picked up but loves to be petted and brushed. He is an excellent mouser. But the woman is allergic to him and needs him to find another home. She is not supposed to have animals in her rented house. Obsidian needs a quiet home and would love to remain an indoor/outdoor kitty. He wants to be loved, have companionship, and is very sensitive to your feelings. He loves to play with his toy bird and strings, and spends most of his time inside. When someone comes to the door, he growls and then hides. Obsidian will be a good match for someone who wants to rescue a healthy cat who must have been deserted by former owners.
