More about Hondo

Hondo whose racing name was My Rising Star was recently relinquished along with PJ.  Both dogs were in a very loving home, but their adopter fell on hard times and could no longer keep them.  Hondo is 9 years old and looking for his forever home.  Both dogs were evaluated at NorthStar and were medically cleared in good health. The dogs are in separate foster homes and doing very well.  Hondo is a sweet boy who gets along well with the smaller dog in the foster home.   First two pictures are current.   _________________________________________________ ORIGINAL POSTING from 2018 My rising Star whose call name at the track was "Hondo" is a very handsome, smallish sized boy. He is a sweet guy who is reserved at first but enjoys cuddles. He might do best in the company of another greyhound. He has a sweet disposition and will make a great companion. Hondo is 2 years old and cat tolerant with supervision.
