Amelia Fieldmouse was adopted from HEAL nine years ago as a tiny kitten, full of curiosity and charm. Nearly a decade later, this beautiful girl finds herself back with us through no fault of her own. Changes in the home and ongoing issues with the other animals have made it clear that Amelia would truly thrive as the only pet in a calm, quiet environment. Now entering her senior years, Amelia isn’t looking for chaos or competition — just a peaceful home, a sunny window, and a soft lap to call her own. She has all the grace and wisdom that come with maturity, and there is something so special about senior cats — they love deeply, settle in quickly, and simply want companionship and comfort. After spending almost her entire life in a home, we are hopeful that the second half of Amelia’s life will be her very best chapter yet.
