Misty is currently in foster care and ready for adoption via our virtual process!Misty, a ten-year-old male, just arrived and is still getting settled in, so we’re just beginning to learn who they are. The first 24 hours he's a little skittish around opening doors, but once he realizes it's you hes fine. He is very good about coming to lie down for pets if you pat his bed. At 48 hours he's coming out of his crate to greet you when you open the door. He's not at all sensitive/reactive about you reaching into his crate, touching his paws or belly, petting while eating, or brushing. He loves being brushed or wiped down with a wet paper towel and loves a rough pet. He will sometimes roll over on his back for belly rubs and make biscuits in the air with his front paws. He's a sweet calm little guy who would be great for first time or veteran cat owners! He's the sweetest, most polite boy ever. He'll rub his head into your hand and make biscuits in the air.
