Bandit was kidnapped a month before I moved from Benton CA to Pendleton Oregon. I have a strong feeling he is looking for me and has been traveling up Highway 395 . He could be close to or somewhere around northern Oregon now. Please help. He is an extremely intelligent cat.DID YOU FIND OR SEE THIS PET?
