the dog was roaming in the middle of the street near the Tennis courts behind Bigfork High School.

This appears to be a small to medium-sized dog with a fluffy, light-colored cream or off-white curly coat that looks somewhat matted or in need of grooming. The dog has a darker face with floppy ears and looks like it could be a poodle mix or similar breed. No collar is visible in the photo.
