Hilltop Humane Society is a humane society located in Randolph, Massachusetts, in Norfolk County, about 6 miles south of Brockton. It is a no-kill, cage-free, cat-only shelter that has been rescuing, fostering, and placing cats in loving homes on the south shore of Boston since 1965, having been founded by a cat lover. The shelter also provides information on low-cost spay/neuter programs and educates the public on feral cat population control through Trap-Neuter-Release (TNR), promoting an Adopt Don't Shop philosophy. Norfolk County is also home to 15 other animal shelters and rescues.
