The Washington County SPCA is a humane society located in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, roughly 40 miles south of Tulsa, and is one of two animal shelters or rescues serving Washington County. Now celebrating 60 years of service, its mission is to shelter homeless animals and unite pets with their families, offering programs such as foster care, TNVR, a working cats program, spay/neuter services, microchipping, and doggie day out. The shelter cares for both dogs and cats, and in 2025 alone it handled 1,730 intakes, 1,235 adoptions, 158 reclaims, and 1,610 spay/neuter surgeries.
